Statement of Faith

We believe adoption is ordained by God:
God is the creator of life and of families. He desires to adopt us spiritually.
"But when the fullness of time came. God sent forth His Son, born of a woman,
born under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons." Galatians 4:4-5

We believe in the Trinity: There is one true and living God, three in one.

God the Father: The creator and sustainer of ail life, who gave His
only Son as a sacrifice for the sins of all mankind for all eternity.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

God the Son: We believe that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, sent to
Earth as a man, that He was crucified on a cross for our sins, that He died
And was buried, and that on the third day He rose again.
"Jesus said to him. 'I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father
but through me." John 14:26

God the Holy Spirit: We believe in the Holy Spirit as revealed in Scripture.
It is the Holy Spirit who comforts, strengthens and empowers a Believer to
serve God and lead a life pleasing to Him.
"Now may the God of hope fill you with all the joy and peace in believing, so that
you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13

The Bible: We believe the whole Bible to be divinely inspired and the living
Word of God. We believe the Bible to be the final authority and that the eternal
truths revealed in it are relevant to contemporary life.
"All Scripture is Inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof,
for correction, for training in righteousness." II Timothy 3:16
